- BOOKING POLICY
- Standard Check In time: from 2:00pm
- Standard Check Out time: 10:00am
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID must be uploaded prior to check in.
- Guests must be a minimum of 18 years to stay, children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
- Bel Air is a cashless venue.
- SMOKING
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and across the property. A charge of $500 will apply to smoke affected rooms. Designated smoking area is located on the grass section of the property.
- In the event a guest room triggers a false fire alarm, the emergency services call out fee will be charged to the guest.
- CLEANING
- If excessive cleaning is required in the room, a minimum cleaning charge of $150 will be added. Any theft or damage of any items from the room will result in a charge to repair and/or replace the item.
- BEHAVIOUR
- We reserve the right to vacate any guests or group who exhibit antisocial behaviour or cause disturbance, from the premises at any time during your stay, without refund.
- We have a strict no party policy on our premises. Only hotel guests are permitted onsite.
- PETS
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- PARKING
- Free undercover parking is available for all guests on site. One (1) parking space per room is allocated. Parking on grass is prohibited unless prior permission granted.
- SWIMMING POOL
- Open every day from 7am – 9pm. Pool gate to be kept closed at all times. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass or smoking allowed in the pool area. No running, jumping or diving. No use of pool equipment by guests.
- PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, or injury to any guest or their property.
- LIABILITIES
- You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions due to electrical storms or other natural disasters caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control and agree not to make any claim in relation thereto.
- You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or any other proprietary rights created under any laws.
- You consent and authorise the Company to collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the purposes of administering your booking and providing you with services associated with your booking.

- By booking with Bel Air, you accept on behalf of your party, our terms and conditions.
Leisure Stay Terms & Conditions
The below terms and conditions are in addition to the General T&Cs for all leisure stays.
- BOOKING POLICY
- Bookings must be made in advance, subject to availability. Booking requests can be managed through our team via the Booking Request Form. Please allow up to 48 business hours for booking requests to be actioned. For urgent bookings, please call 07 4865 1200.
Our office is open from 7:30am – 4:00pm Mon – Fri. - For all bookings, advance payment is required for the length of stay at the time of booking.
There are no additional charges for extra guests, up to the maximum capacity allowed per
room type. Maximum Capacity: Standard and Executive Rooms = 2 Guests, Family Rooms = 4 Guests.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any cancellations more than 48 hours prior to check in time will not incur a fee. Cancellations after this time will incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.

Corporate Stays Terms & Conditions
The below terms and conditions are in addition to the General T&Cs for all Corporate Nightly & Short Term Stays.
- BOOKING POLICY
- Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- Company accounts must be approved by Bel Air Motel and set up prior to bookings being made. Once approved, a company code will be issued to each company giving access and flexibility to manage their booking requests. Booking requests can also be managed through Bel Air Management.
- For short stay bookings, reservations can be made in increments of up to 4 weeks. A new booking will be created after reaching this time if you wish to book for longer.
- CANCELLATION & CHANGE OF BOOKING POLICY:
- Complete Cancellation fees and conditions are outlined as per below.

- Any changes made to short stay bookings (i.e reduction in stay) must be made by the cancellation cut-off time (outlined above) before check in to avoid change fees.
- Change Fees
When a booking is reduced or changed after cancellation cut-off time:

- Coffee Pods and Tea replenished (seven (7) pods issued per week)
- Towels – Two (2) bath towels and one (1) pool towel per person provided
